This forum has been so helpful. Thought of posting another query if anyone had an experience and thoughts around it.
We are interested in purchasing a new build, which comes with masterbuild guarantee. One of the terms for rot/design, etc guarantee is that risk matrix has to be 12 or less. And I can see our matrixes as 16, mainly because of Envelope complexity (score 6) & eves width (score 5) but they are all approved plans.
Would you please be share any information on what can be done to cover under master build say extra premium, etc? Or what do you think of score being 16?
