I appreciate it if someone giving the advice: Can the whole Christchurch feel minor earthquakes sometimes, or only certain suburbs can feel that? Will it be safe from earthquake if live in TC1 zone? Does minor earthquake dangerous or don't need to worry about it? Thanks.:-)

S#%ts going to hit the fan.
An agent I deal with sometimes was discussing the current market atm. She mentioned that currently it was not so much FHBs looking to buy but more current buyers looking to downsize.
