Houses around Auckland for under $800k NZD

Maybe what I asking is a little unrealistic in today's market.

But are there any areas/suburbs in the vicinity of Auckland (let's say within 50-70km) where I can purchase a reasonable house (~ 3 Bedroom) for less than $800k NZD?
