    oh, yeah!
My favorite topic - yahoooooo!!! - here we go in no poarticular order:
    1. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen R. Covey - very tough reading, normally I would swallow a book in couple of hours, this one is difficult to read but well worth it - if you want to understand Dean's philosophy deeper, this one is a must!
    2. DVD programme (I would not usually recommend DVD and you asked for a book - but this one is really different) "The Secret" - maybe less effective in everyday life but very expiring
    3. R.G Allen - "No money down" - good to get a better understanding how lateral thinking can give you more $$$.
    4. Intrepid Way by Matthew Chan - haven't finished it, but it's good if the idea of growing multi-million global corporation does not appeal - maybe your values are different but that's OK? This book has an answer!
    5. How to master the art of selling, by Tom Hopkins - classic one, use word "selling" losely - you sell yourself to cliens, spouse, kids etc every day.
    6. Feel the fear and do it anyway, by Susan Jeffers - same stuff, different twist - good if taking action seems like too much for you
    7. Proportunities by Dorien Forster, local soon to be classic - have not read this one but should be great reading if you cannot do GBI course
Don't argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Definitely anything by Bob Johnes (if you find it difficult to get hold of some of the books above here in NZ) is great so it's "must read"; Kieran's book about property cycle is a must read too.
      Just remembered:
      8. The Aladdin Factor by Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield- fantastic reading, I'm planning to re-read very soon, highly recommended!
Let me know if that's not enough!

Inside these pages are one man’s inspiring and informative journey from his underachieving years at university and several abortive business ventures, through floundering in the pit of negative equity and a dangerously seductive liaison with credit card debt. The rewarding parable of the cappuccino, the fax and the photocopier. Several life changing events and finally onwards to abundance, financial freedom and a well earned holiday in Spain…

You can download the book (for free of course!) using the link below:

Great I think 'How to master the art of selling' could be of interest for both ventures at the moment. I have read most of your other recommendations Ivan but will print of the list from Muppet and work through some of them I haven't read. cheers

The library is a great place for most of these books. That way you can try many for free before you buy.

my pick for personal develop is a Tony Robbins book. Awaken the giant within
