And that the land itself is full of Eskimo type...

Realestate agent did not disclose info. What can I expect when I ask for compensation?
Morning
Last year we bought a property that is slightly affected by a floodway. We did heaps of due diligence, checked property file, asked very pointed questions of the agent etc.
When we made an offer the owners inserted a clause that stated we were happy with due diligence on flood issues....

The vendor is a bit of a know-it-all and trying to get out of paying GST...

Upcoming property purchase ,keep existing Tenancy Agreemnet or create a new one?
What do most of the investors here do with existing TA when buying a new property?
Sometimes it depends somewhat on how good the existing TA's are.
How do you arrange for the final inspection to be made under the old owners?
Or do you do your own property inspection...

Property on unit title
Hi all,
I am now considering a unit which is for sale and is on the unit title with BC and collective ownership of land. I understand that this type is less attractive comparing to free hold and cross-lease. Is there a standard discount that accounts for this factor?
Let say...
