Hi, just looking opinions,

We own our own home out right, and have just brought an Investment property, with a 100% mortgage which is our only borrowing.

Should we have that Investment mortgage Interest only or pay the principal too?

Servicing the debt either way...

It's probably a result of growing too quickly - the paperwork never caught up to the satisfaction of the FMA (Financial Markets Authority).





Might have been better to keep each business separate to avoid conflicts of interest?
