NZ property investor market is really dead?

    Hi guys,

sorry about the clickbait topic title.

I am returning after 4 years away and my favourite forum seems pretty dead, there are barely any posts going on, so started wondering if the NZ property investment market is still dead and maybe not a good time to get back to it?

or maybe this is the best time?

    Are you guys all well?
    Thanks much
    Peter

      No

This forum was not hijacked by conspiracy theorists

Its almost 30 years old now, this forum began before social media networking, property talk doesn’t stand a chance against trillion dollar social media and AI international companies but I think Donna understands this.

People get their information from various other platforms, there are far larger groups on Grame Fowler and Steve Woodies Facebook pages Opes partners podcasts and the list goes on, however these sites will become obsolete in time as well, nothing is permanent, ask TV3 news , mainstream media and video ezy.

Im actually confused why the question is asked, it’s like someone from the 90s is asking how to use the internet for the first time , we have been living in the information age for almost 30 years now, if you need information on anything including property investment Artificial Intelligence will answer it for you, AI is the next phase of the information technology age,

and stop kidding yourself jack2016 We all know you read my threads when your wife is asleep late at night…

^^ Well said it's AI everything! Google's AI Overviews have yet to hit us (it's been rolled out in USA so far), which is a HUGE game-changer for every site.

There seems to be a myth or more likely a miss understanding that the kiwi property market is insulated from international markets, and move's only on forces in New Zealand. This is incorrect, Property prices are influenced by interest rates, interest rates are influenced (manipulated) by the RBNZ. The RBNZs job is to

I have FB as you have to be member with your profile, real name, etc, then everyone knows you are member. Also, kinda fed up with social media.

AI I like, I am investor in Xai and some other AI startups.

and now looking to get back to Wellington property, but how to compete with Goodie? lol
