A win for landlords but at a huge price as it’s unlikely this landlord will get paid by these dodgy tenants.

and the property manager didn’t really step up with property inspections etc.

if rent not paid and tenants not there - change the locks?

Yeah the rot has to stop with these low-ball tenants.
