  • ELECTION PREDICTION 2020..The current government is in a race against time to stop the spread of the mysterious beer virus.
They had 3 years to place the country in a stronger financial position to get through these challenging times..Socialism will always be bridesmaids to capitalism in an economic recession..sadly its a given as polls were already tight and the uneducated will blame someone when JOB LOSSES occur.
It doesn't matter who controls the country's eftpos card...Jerome Powell controls the credit card and its almost maxed out.....

Deutsche bank has over a TRILLION DOLLARS worth of assets...there is already low liquidity in the banking system...all banks are tied to each other in one way or another..which means so are we.
      There's always a trick.

You just need to remove the misdirection.

This Trillion in assets sound interesting.

So if all the gold in the world is a block 20 meters each side.

Say 10 door way heights each side.

and that's worth about 7 trillion.

They own a block about two thirds of a doorway high?

      Mmm. Nice chunk,

But what's it made of? real stuff, or just highly wobbly stuff?

          hmm.

The strokes are a bit broad?
and the focus a little tight?

Could you consider the globe as an interconnected system of goods.
and clusters if living things at the nodes?

          A network.

What's just happened is the baud rate between the nodes is slowing.

So could you do your calculations on that model?

You could use percentages to see the specific effects at each node?

          Get yourself some relative numbers.

So you can see the switching and redirection.

And the effect all the other nodes on a particular node?

And then scale down fractal style, to get a micro view.

          this sort of thing. V

          And their commitment to interconnection,

with this picture as a model.

                • From The Reserve Bank of Nz...

“An inability to predict what might happen next is no excuse for not preparing for what could happen. That’s true for businesses, governments and central banks. It is in light of both economic theory and recent global experience that we have been assessing what alternative monetary policy tools may be available to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand – and their relative desirability. We are fortunate, unlike many other OECD economies, to have the time to prepare for such possible needs.”

                    THIS IS THE BIG ONE!!

                    Negative OCR

Reduction of the OCR to the effective lower bound (the point at which further OCR cuts become ineffective), which may be below zero. The Reserve Bank could consider changes to the cash system to mitigate cash hoarding if lower deposit rates led to significant hoarding.

How long before the bank starts giving me interest on my mortgage instead of the other way around? ;-)

Stay the course, I can't see them paying us to take on debt but I can see debt as becoming a commodity,..history shows hyperinflation follows deflation...and with the world under crippling debt the only answer is another currency to reset the world economy...it has always happened throughout history.

                              • So in Italy and Britain the banks don't want you to pay your mortgage back for 3 months because of the beer flu...Westpac emailed me a generic email asking if I wanted to refinance, move to interest only..seems innocent enough or perhaps they know that debt maybe a stronger commodity as rates head towards negative territory.
