If it was truely the will of the people National would have gotten 61 seats (or National 60 + ACT stooge).
Now we did get 2 National govts under FPP where they had the lower total votes - that was against the will of the people.

'It will shut the port': 200 Lyttelton Port staff ready to strike
26 Feb 2018The Rail and Transport Maritime Union South Island organiser John Kerr said said if the strike went ahead it would likely be the largest strike action since the 1990s and the "biggest piece of industrial action on the waterfront in the South Island for quite a while".

The train drivers' union is surprised by the impact of its industrial action in Auckland.
Trains running through the New Lynn station this morning were packed like sardines, with passengers being told to just miss their ride if it was too full.
It's because the number of trains running to town have been halved, after the Rail and Maritime Transport Union told train drivers to not work any overtime hours.
Organiser John Kerr says they knew the system relied on overtime, but until today they didn't know to what extent.have you defeated them?
