Choose a property manager carefully - they should be able to give you references & testimonials (just like a tenant should!) And make sure you get the full picture of ALL their charges - this can vary greatly between PM companies. Choosing an IPMA member should give you peace of mind they are one of the good ones. The IPMA website can show you a list of local members. Good luck
