Hi everyone,
I am looking into buying and IP in Hamilton, Melville, and there are a few properties that I would like to make an offer. However as I heard there are certain areas in Melville that is bad and should be avoided. Does anyone can tell me where about or which streets that I shouldn't be looking? Anyone has an IP there and can give me some comment?
