As someone else said above, unless you have the appropriate education in certain investment fields i wouldnt go jumping into anything on your own (otherwise you may get a negitive return on your $300k) I would recommend seeking an experienced trusted person to put your funds to good use, and give you a good return.

Have a read thru my website below for some wealth creating ideas.

PS. If you would like i could recommend a couple of people that i would trust my money too (not me) Let me know.

For somebody who claims to be making huge money every month playing the stock market you seem to be keen on pointing people to BS internet money making sites. Where no doubt you get a slice of the $99 any of the suckers who fall for the BS wind up paying.

      Spaceman,

You have some serious issues there buddy.

Or maybe a bad dose of the old envy. Just because my Investment success has enabled me to free myself from the drudgery of having to go to a job everyday, and I can now spend time helping others to follow the same path that I have by offering information.

It seems that you post a negative reply to every post I make, interesting, may I suggest that you go spend your time on something a little more positive, like actually investing or seeking info on how to invest yourself, rather than throw out negative comments on things you know little about.

Personal I'd be into shares in the short term ,Recently I sold out of property for a good gain ,now with 180k profit I've been like you looking at my options because I've been both into Shares and Property development 5+yrs.
I'm currently have trouble finding anything decent in property with very low margins on costs not helping and the more I study my local markets I believe the good investments will be in buying existing homes, apartments etc being sold off for bargin prices and not buying land and developing.
As for shares go to -SHARETRADER.com.nz some great posters with alot of top stocks in posts I personal post and find it a great site to learn more about shares and companys on the ASX,NZX
As for a decent local NZX company to invest in there is quite a few my personal favourite is NZO oil, energy -brought some 4-5weeks ago up 10% atm
        huge long term potential

Clint T, I think the reason Spaceman is being negative is that your selling something. You're saying look at me, I did it, now follow this link to this business if you want the same...

There are plenty of people here who no longer have to work. They offer their advice freely and aren't selling anything. Especially not the line "If you want to be free and live the life of your dreams, just look at this..."

            What are my serious issues?

You claim to enjoy investment success sufficient to free you from drudgery...yet your website is clearly just a series of adds designed to sell suckers a $99 course on how to buy shares/options with $1,000 of free bonus's, our even stupider a $49 180 page "ultimate debt guide"

I suppose this has nothing to do with the reason you have a link to this ultimate debt guide on your web site??????

We pay a very generous commission on sales

From e-book sales, we pay you 30% on our current price of US$99.00, which means you make US$29.70 for every sale! Our current e-Book is:
            • How to create income for life by "Renting Your Stocks" on ANY Share Market
            or this????

            Greetings Friend!
Did you know you can earn generous a $22.60 just by recommending the "Ultimate Debt Relief Guide" to other people?
If you have a website, an e-zine, a customer list or even just a friend that you think would benefit from reading the "Ultimate Debt Relief Guide" - let them know about it!

We'll pay you $22.60 for every sale you make!

You're not trying to help anybody other than yourself..... not that there's anything wrong with trying to make a buck.......but have a good look at the complete rubbish that you are trying to sell, if you're the kind of guy that wants to be associated with that kind of ripoff/scam merchandise. Then I suggest you are the one with the serious issues......namely being dishonesty, and a lack of compassion for the poor suckers that you may assit in being ripped off.

You claim I might be envious of you.....all I know about you is that you're trying to peddle garbage on the internet.....I don't see anything to be jealous about there....although if that is your picture, then you have better hair than mine.

You claim investment success.....care to back that up with some verifiable facts and figures?????.

I haven't replied to every post you've made.....though I do note in the one were I claimed you where either stupid or dishonest, you couldn't come up with a sensible reply.

Positive???......if I can stop somebody from being ripped of by your pathetic little scam.......then I figure that's a good thing.

If I'm wrong about all of this, how about you show us all. By offering some real advice without trying to sell anything.....or even just stop selling crap and try selling something useful.

            Cheers

                Yeah fair enough.

Most people do realise however that info of any real value from people who really know what they are doing comes at some sort of cost. I have had to pay alot more than $99 for most of my investment education, all i am doing is showing people what is possible and showing them a lower cost alternative method of learning to see if a particular investment vehicle is for them, rather than just shelling out thousands to find out that its not for them.

                  Spaceman,

How can you say its garbage, when you havnt even read through the products! You really have no idea, you are once again assuming and pre-judging.

Would you not buy a car or a house, or a holiday from a travel agent just because the salesman was going to make a commission?

Surely it is no surprise that i get a fee for referring those products, hey i even spell it out on the Business/Affiliate marketing page. I would quite happily buy a product service from someone, knowing someone else was also making money, as long as i thought that product/service was of value to me.

There is real, usable practical infomation in all of those products, who are you to make claims like you have, which may actually stop someone benefiting from such infomation??

After your behaviour on here I am not even going to bother justifing my success/financial position on this forum, as it seems you wouldnt believe it anyway. But next time you get passed by a midnight blue Porsche 911 turbo, it may be me. (oh just noticed you are in East Timor)

....that's how I can justify calling it garbage.....I've read enough of the stuff you're trying to sell to form my own opinion....I say garbage, you and everybody else are of course entitled to your own opinions. I also assume and prejudge all sorts of other stuf that I haven't actually done....like I'm pretty sure if I stab myself in the eye with a fork it will not be good....but I guess you'd say I'd better try it first so that I can speak from experience
Surely it is no surprise that i get a fee for referring those products,
...yeah um...actually it is since you claim to have been succesful enough in your investing to leave the drudgery behind....but not succesful enough evidently as you're hawking rubbbish on the net.

What's also suprising (to me anyway) is the amount of text you've copied from other websites, when supposedly helping others buy sharing what worked for you.....for example

                    you say..
As the founder of Wealth3Ways.com, it upsets me that so many people are struggling with money and making ends meet. This is the reason for my passion for making a difference in people's lives & empowering them with the resources they need to take control of their financial futures.
I know many will argue that we just need more jobs, and higher paying jobs... but I can also tell you, we are terrible at budgeting our own money! This goes back to that old saying from Larry Burkett...
There's a man who makes $30,000 a year, one who makes $50,000 and another who makes $100,000 a year. You'd think the second two would be doing great, huh?

Well, think again. When asked how they're getting along, they all usually say the same thing... "We're just barely making ends meet."

New jobs and more money would be great, but if we don't get out of debt and start budgeting BETTER, it won't matter much in the long run. You would have heard that old saying “the more you earn the more you spend” …it is so true. We have to learn how to live within our means.
I wish, just as our schools should teach marriage and parenting skills as a required class, that they would also teach a full year of personal budgeting. And in a perfect world, credit card companies would not approach anyone under the age of 21, maybe even 23… at least not until they have several years of cash-basis living under control.
Okay, so apparently that ship has already sailed for most of us. And if you are in debt or living paycheck to paycheck because of family illness, job loss, house repairs, car repairs, a precious new mouth to feed, or any other financial difficulties… we’ve been there too.
Some people think that anyone who is struggling must be a poor money manager, but many of us know different. Some of life's curves can knock us down pretty hard. I'm just saying, most of us can do better.
I know that there are situations when no amount of good budgeting seems to help, but when the clouds clear and things get better, that basic budget that you’ve put in place will surely come in handy.
No matter where you're at financially, you can start a household budget and do your best to stick to it. However, Better Budgeting has more to do with living than budgeting. What I mean is, you can write everything down and fill out any budgeting chart you want, but if you don’t live what you have set out on paper then it won't work.
I’ll give you a very small example. Let’s say you look over your finances and decide that you have $50 a week to spend on food, but you go out and spend another $30 on dinners out during the week. What do you have? You’ve spent $80 instead of your $50 budgeted expense, so now you’re $30 behind… that’s just for one week and it may not seem like much, but do this for 4 weeks and you’re over budget by $120. One year, 52 weeks, equals $1,560.00 over budget.

                    Living a Better Life
(featured column... from the editor's desk)

                    Living Paycheck to Paycheck
by Michelle Jones During a speech in 2003 regarding his new tax plan and economy building ideas, President Bush said something that I will never forget and neither should you.He reported that personal debt is rising rapidly (it’s at an all-time high, as usual) and a majority of Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck.I understand this kind of stressful living, firsthand, but it doesn’t have to be this way.

As the founder and editor of Better Budgeting, my heart aches that so many people are still struggling with money. We will continue to help in whatever way we can, making a difference in people's lives one article at a time. I know many will argue that we just need more jobs, and higher paying jobs... but I can also tell you, we are terrible about budgeting our own money! Following, is one of my favorite examples that financial expert, Larry Burkett, used to share often... to explain why more money is usually not the problem.
There's a man who makes $30,000 a year, one who makes $50,000 and another who makes $100,000. You probably think the first one may be getting by okay, the second one is doing a lot better, and the third one is doing GREAT, right?
Well, think again. When asked how they're getting along, they all usually say the same thing... "We're just BARELY making ends meet!"

New jobs and more money are great, of course, but if we don't get out of debt and start budgeting BETTER, it won't matter much in the long run. hey i even spell it out on the Business/Affiliate marketing page.
......no actually you don't.... there is nothing on your website (that I could find) that tells people that you're getting paid if they buy the products on sale.

....... the net is full heros and wannbes, anybody can be anybody, you're making claims of big success in order to sell stuff......call me crazy but I don't think it's out of line for me to ask for some evidence.....the I've got a Porsche line is just stupid and childish.....I'm sure you also think you have a bigger ***** than me and are better in bed to boot.

Personally I'm ten foot tall and bullet proof, hard as leather and tough as nails.......sadly I must be a complete failure and have a very small p p as I don't even own a car.......oooohhhhh I so do yearn for the day when I also can own a 911 turbo. Then I will be one of the cool kids....happy day ....ohhhh happy day

I'd avoid property in the time frame given. As a first step I would put $30,000 into Gold bars stick them in two separate banks ( this is the insurance policy and loss would be counted as insurance premiums). Then I would open a Euro account at a local Bank and deposit NZ$150,000 into it ( it'll only get 2-3% interest) But in 12 - 18 months time the NZ$ will tank...... Thats when I'd convert back to NZ$) The remainder I would invest in beef ( as a bond or secured loan perhaps even futures) Why? Diary is too high... sheep too unpopular.....Beef because with the bio-fuels fashion beef is going to become more and more expensive and NZ beef is low at the moment.
The mission of any business enterprise should include the aim to develop economic conditions rather than simply react to them.

I know someone with a nett worth of over 7 figures, who drives a 15 year old commodore. There are plenty of people I know who drive flasher cars that are ticked up to the eyeballs.........

                          Spaceman,

Wow you really get a kick out of this dont you!

And yes it would seem that you are 10 foot tall and bullet proof (hiding behind your forum name) struting around this forum throwing your weight around like you own the place.

It was negitive speaking idiots like you, that has stopped me paticapating in this forum over the last few years. I recently thought oh well, i will join back up and see if it is any different, and i now see that it is not.

The good people that actually can offer genuine investment advice, are over shadowed by the skeptical negative ones that seem to make a full time job of throwing sand in other people faces.

I will not continue on with this back and forth crap any longer. For me it is a total waste of time and achieves nothing. And besides, arguing with an idiot only makes two of us.

I will let you continue on, posting negative responses to others, i will go spend my time on something a little more productive.

Good luck spaceman, with attitudes like yours, i think you will need it!

I think it's up to the individual to decide if they want to purchase things like this. For myself if I am interested in that topic I look at it and think if I was to learn one new thing would that make up for spending the money. I have done this with seminars and they have paid for themselves many times over. With regards to what Clint is advertising I purchased it because I am interested in shares and options. One of the strategies outlined I didn't know about so it was great to pick up something new plus I ended up making $5000 in a month from just doing that one thing. I already knew a bit about option and share trading but it was definitely worth it for me and I recuperated the cost straight away.

No I don't get a cent for saying this

What you seem to be missing is there's a difference between someone on here that offers impartial free useful advise, and someone peddling wares like yourself. The latter tends to get ripped a new one, and rightly so, for you haven't been able to respond to some of Spaceman's allegations of plagiarism on your site and the rather grey area which you operate in.

911 aye? All you need now is a picture of yourself with someone who's actually self made big money (like Richard Branson) and you'll really look impressive.

Leave or stay, up to you. But if your sole purpose is recruiting clients here its probably for the best.
