My one seems to have embraced unbridled capitalism at my expense. Just received my latest progress invoice and its time to do some benchmarking.

i find that it doesn't matter were your accountant is based, i can recommend Tony Thorn property accountant in Auckland. -- very good and very reasonable pricing.

I have been using Chris George in Boulcott St for the last decade or so. Good sensible advice that has never been questioned by IRD. A number of my friends with rentals do the same, some of whom have changed to him and stayed. Doesn't seem to cost the earth, but that is all relative !
