        I just locked in 4.39% for 36 months with ANZ. $250k.

              • I wonder if interest rates will go up or down now that we've had these nasty earthquakes.

                Normally they would go down after a big negative event, but not sure they will this time.

                        SBS offered two weeks ago on my new purchase, 3.99% 12 months no cash back, or 4.15% 12 months $5k cashback.
