    RichMastery and Property Tutors

    hi there

I want to hear from anyone who has been involved with either of the above companies. Are they good guys or bad guys. I dont want to hear from cynics or doubting thomases. I want to hear from you please, if you
either did the course or know someone who did. I want to know if they are rouges or if they are generally nice peeps who enjoy coaching.

    Thank you very much

    Frank

they became property tutors. At least the logo is virtually identical. Matthew Gilligan is the accountant and lawyer for both companys. He speaks at proptery tutors and ive seen him on you tube speaking for richmastery. Phil jones is not in property tutors though. CUBE, whats your experience with them, even from the newspaper.

      Thanks

I suggest you do a search on this forum. There has been plenty of discussion and debate about them from both 'students' and 'observers'. Also you will see some links at the bottom of this page under 'similar threads' that should take you to a selection of those posts.

Matt Gilligan is a semi-regular contributor on this forum - again search his name, and you'll find some of his posts.

There was a massive thread on Richmastery, but it was withdrawn after things became too heated - when they went out of business, the issue became moot anyway.

Some of the people involved with RM are involved with PropertyTutors, but I don't think it is a case of "RM became PropertyTutors" - more that the demise of RM opened an opportunity for PropertyTutors to fill the resulting gap in the market.

I've had no experience of PropertyTutors other than their advertising on PT!

NZ is a small place and the property investment education sector here is even smaller where there's only a handful of players -so its not unusual for the same people to be working for different service providers over time - liken it to professional sport where the players swap teams or franchises regularly - ending up playing against the team they played for the previous season.

            cheers,

            Donna

thank donna, although nobody ever accused a footballer of grifting.
              appreciate the analogy though

                First you ask

I want to know if they are rouges or if they are generally nice peeps who enjoy coaching.
and then raise the topic of grifting out of nowehere

this is incorrect - although the style and logo looks similar same and I think that Mr Woods was involved with RM at some stage.

There are few good mentors around - but you need to make sure you chose the right one. Best to deal with the nose how dont try to sell you property.
