I'm hoping someone can direct me to the right place. I've just received a massive quote ($40k) to upgrade a rental which has become vacant in Dunedin. The PM feels that the house needs the work because, in their own words "The tribunal is coming down hard on owners not updating...

What did you make of the Census questions? I can see the next round of WOF for property rolling out in the near future. Heating and ventilation etc.

Both house types have similar lifestyle values in terms of heating, insulation and comfort. European housing standards do not differentiate between rental and owner-occupied...
