Paving grout cracking from new

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has had paving done where the grout cracks 4-5 weeks after being layed?

The contractor said there would be an element of cracking but this is literally covering 90% of the 50sqm area.

It is around a fibreglass pool area so understand...

Hi, I'm sorry for asking weird questions - say I would like to add an inch or two of concrete on my ground floor -
Is it easy to do? Just rip off carpets and get a contractor to apply wet concrete?

Or is it a "don't even go there" type of scenario?
It's a concrete...
