Have you noticed the decline of Auckland and Wellington city centres?

Tourists are coming back in a couple of months and neither city is in a good condition. Why are the councils and Government not doing anything to improve them?

Hi all, planning to get an apartment in Federal apartments, since my previous attempt to get one at Eden Apartment doesnt seem to be looking good at the moment.

Any inputs on federal apartments would be great! Also, does anyone know about the rent like for the 2 bedrooms there?

Have a budget of around 300k+/-, looking for a 2 beddie apartment with windows in the bedrooms. Planning to live in it personally, thus not big on apartments that are filled with students, or the noisier types.
