Yes. They have one more chance to fix the problem / get it right.
It's a type of store card that stood up to a critical appraisal as being worth the annual fee of another card. I.e. the loyalty bonuses exceed the yearly fee.
But only if it doesn't waste my time as it has done twice, so far.
