This evening is for everyone interested in property. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or already have a large property portfolio; you will always require legal advice.

Brent Selwyn is a partner from Harmans Lawyers who specialises in property litigation. Brent has kindly agreed to providing an overview on this subject followed by a Q&A session to answer your questions.

I have booked the Spieghts Ale House on Bealey Ave for July 9th. Dinner starts at 7pm, although as always I'll be there at 6pm for those who want to come along for drinks and a chat before the main event.

I have heard Brent speak before and can tell you this is a night you do not want to miss.

So do you guys also offer advice on buying property in India? Or perhaps you do not offer any recommendations on commonwealth-properties.

Can you recommend anyone who is an authority in the area of buying housing in India (particularly Mangalore and Mumbai)?
