Faxed off a bond refund form yesterday (Friday) afternoon about 12:30pm; received an email at 7:38pm confirming it had been processed, and the money sitting there in my account this morning when I went to look !

This is fantastic service, and if it is the result of changed processes, then well done to DBH (or whatever they are calling themselves this week)
