Dean, I would like to thank you. In the short time that I have been a member of PT, you have given me good advice, shared your insights, and asked questions of me that have caused me to reflect carefully on my thinking about property investment. I hope that this can continue, and that maybe one day I will be able to do the same for other "newbies" like myself.

I will keep you updated on my PI activities, and if the property I am currently looking into does not stack up as my first PI deal, then there will be one!
