    monitoring multiple tenancy payments

    Happy New Year,

I would like advice on monitoring multiple tenancy payments. I currently check my bank account on a weekly basis to ensure that all rental payments are made. I find this tedious and believe there must be a Xero product, an APP or another system that alerts me if rental payments are made or aren't. I have 18 tenancies that I monitor/manage. Any advice from Property managers or other Landlords would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Weekly? Try daily.

There are software applications that hook into bank accounts. Maybe Tenansee will do what you want. I'm sure there are others.

Thanks Nick. It seems (with a quick look at the site) that this software has the applications I may need.

Does anyone else have any other methods of monitoring multiple tenancies, other then Nicks?

Use a property manager? Otherwise there are a lot of property management software like Pocket Rent, which doesn't seem too bad from a glance and integrates with Xero. If you google property management software nz it will bring up some options like re-leased, rent master etc. No idea how good they are.

Tenansee didn't work? It seems very cheap at $30 per month. 18 tenancies assuming $500pw rent on average would cost you around $3K each month so it can't be a cost issue.

You could try Palace with that number of properties.
