Unitary plan postponed ?

I was consulting an architecture office about subdivision and they told me they got update that the plan will not be put in practice until mid next year ?

Another question, Do you think the below cost is reasonable ?

"For a concept design and feasibility study we charge $3,500 + gst, if this is something you would like to pursue we can send through a contract and scope of works."

Unitary plan is in place now already. The one that you can not apply is the rules that has objections pending in the court. If you listened to the webinar from Matt Gilligan
last night , people already start making big money out of it.

the plan is HUGE

even some things that have not been officially objected too

because the the objections were refused as being too late or for other dubious excuses

could be in limbo until a firm legal ground can be built to defend them

because there is some pretty strong legal ground to challenge them

Council Unitary Plan team advise that are working through the appeals and hope, in a week or two, to show on their website which areas are affected by the appeals,

basically how to ram in 2 hamiltons within close to existing supercity boundaries

plus a whole lot of other unrelated goodies bureaucrats + planners are trying to sneak in for years

knowing they would never get any kind of popular approval
