Welllington - Architectural draftsman recommendations

Hi - I'm looking for recommendations for an architectural draftsman (or woman) in Wellington / Porirua area - for a relatively straight forward job - does anyone have any recent experience & recommendations? Looking at putting a kitset 2nd dwelling on the rear of a section - so would need the site-plans drawn up, and also some input into how to put a car-port under one end of the house (as it would be on a slope, so one end would be elevated the right height anyway, at least I think so). Any advice / tips?

I use Blue Pencil in the city. A poster called "Don't Believe The Hype" has done a ton in Porirua and might have a good recommendation.

You need to start by talking to a surveyor but a couple of things to think about:

You have a max site coverage of 35% in Porirua with no minimum lot Size

If you’re building a house over 75m2 you’ll need to provide 2 car parks for the new dwelling.

Last thing, you might have higher recession plane issues if you want to put a carport under the house on a sloping site

thank you both. pretty confident site supports the plan - topo survey seems to support it too - but would like help with spatial layout especially turning circles etc, and any design elements required for car port. Dont Believe The Hype - do you know of people with PCC district plan experience? Or would you get the topo surveyor to do site layout too?
