Welllington - Architectural draftsman recommendations

[nznick]

Hi - I'm looking for recommendations for an architectural draftsman (or woman) in Wellington / Porirua area - for a relatively straight forward job - does anyone have any recent experience & recommendations? Looking at putting a kitset 2nd dwelling on the rear of a section - so would need the site-plans...

hi - looking at a new build using a kitset & trying to figure out who designs what - who usually designs the drainage / power connect / etc - is this the surveyor or someone else?? sorry for the numpty question.

Hi All,

I am looking to purchase a kit set home for a section. I have had a lookat quick build homes, they seem very competitively priced but wondering ifanyone has used them or has any feedback on their products?

Any thoughts appreciated thanks
