    Handyman in Kapiti?

Can anyone please recommend a builder/painter/handyman in the Kapiti/Paraparaumu area? I need one to put up a couple of internal walls, do some interior painting and a few small bits of renovation on a bunch of flats. Not a lot of work and the person doesnt need to be a full-on registered builder etc, just someone with a few more skills in this area than me!

    Cheers

I can do it but you may have to wait till early Jan. I'm good, and a tad on the higher side of average in terms of hourly rate. How many hours/days work?

There are lots of handy persons in Kapiti - you'll be spoilt for choice. Kapiti is either the top or near to the top - of the fastest growing area in NZ list. I also heard it is a Hot Spot area - properties especially around the beach undervalued.

          Cheers,

I think Im sorted for a handyman at this stage, but thanks anyway. Yep Ive heard lots of good things about the growth in the area, looks like a great place to invest long-term.
