Mark, Elena, and other KJC attendees,

How about sharing your memories of the KJC course - its highlights, strengths and more importantly, what you feel you got out of it now that some months have passed since you attended. How has your life changed in ways that are attributable to the course.

I believe it cost around $10,000 all up, which is a sizeable sum - so those that might be contemplating such an investment will no doubt want to feel comfortable they are spending their money wisely.

More importantly to me (and other investors presumably) is how your investing has tracked since the course.

Those are fair questions to ask.

To give you a bit of background- I had invested in property before in 2001 and 2002 when the market was a gift to investors. I then sat on my hands for two years with an outdated strategy and fear of taking action after a couple of knocks.
This year I gave myself a kick in the pants and part of this "something has to change" attitude was to give my education and approach a real boost. KJC's course seemed the right one for me after talking to local graduates of the course. But before I went I could see myself getting into that mode where PI will change my life and make everything better. In retrospect if I hadn't gone on KJC's course I think I would have probably wrecked my marriage by obessing on PI.

To be brutally honest KJC took the wind out of my "with positive thoughts the universe will give me everything I desire" sails. He did this with several people on the course. What he did for me was ground me back to reality with very sound advice from a extensive business and life background.
You see he did wreck his first marriage and ended up 9 million dollars in debt after being a millionaire and high flyer and he didn't mind telling us why and showing us we could easily make the same mistakes. He then asked us the right questions.

Right now I belong to an awesome group of like minded people. We contact each other every week with our goals to check on our progress and encourage and inspire each other to reach those goals. I have KJC just an email or phone call away if I need his help. My relationships are moving from average towards spectacular. I'm back in the PI market, have built my team back up and have started making offers again. I'm still waiting for the universe to catch up but I've been through this before and know that it will happen just as long as I keep taking action.

I hope that goes some way to explain what I got from KJC's course and from KJC himself. I feel very much the richer for meeting him and for him watching me swing.
I hope this inspires those reading it to take action, whether that's going to the course or in just taking charge of your life and becoming the person you know you can be.

Now that it has been more than 2 months since I am back I feel the depth of the change happened to me as a person.

Julian, the course is not only about investing and business. So answering your question regarding the achievements, I would say I have developed enormously as a whole person. Keith equipped me with the tools necessary to achieve any goal I wish to. I am using and enjoying the power of clear vision of life and its purpose.

A lot has been said about the course and I could add more to it, but I don’t think it will help the people, who are in doubt whether to go or not to conquer their indecisiveness.

The impact that KJC has on each person is different and what you are going to get will be different to what I got or Mark or others who attended.

I am weighing up whether to go and thanks Elena for the chat the other night....its not the money holding me back, its more the time and fitting it in to my schedule.
Being in Nov and March happen to be the two months im away for most of so feel like I'll be neglecting my family.
I was thinking I might leave it to next year and do it in Texas when im not so committed.

Hi to all those posting questions re KJC's course. Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been busy. That's what focus does for you gets you taking plenty of action!

I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you at Robyn’s get-together. Maybe next time. Since returning from KJC I find I'm able to ask myself the right questions to get past hurdles that would have held me up before. I find inspiration from my team. They hold me accountable and I them. I have formed the habit of reading and writing my goals and planning my day every day. I have at least 10 minutes quiet time each day to think about what I'm doing so I can review the big picture. This might sound trivial but is proving very valuable. I'm back in the market actively looking and putting in offers. My relationship with my family and friends has stepped up to a new level. I'm more confident in my approach to life and in my path forward. I'm exercising more because I know my fitness has a direct bearing on my energy levels. Each day I look to inspire someone even if it's in some small way. I know I can't change them, only they can do that. But at least I can inspire them. I have joined Toastmasters to improve my presentation skills and confidence because I know these skills are important in negotiation and selling.
And I'm really looking forward to the second session, in November, where KJC teaches us some power negotiation skills and we get to practice them.
As for my current investment achievements. I have not done any deals yet but I'm very much more tuned into the market and I'm out there putting in offers. The rest will happen when I have built up the momentum.

I think most people on the course went away with a much higher level of clarity. Clarity in all the things you asked about; goals, blocks to goals and tools to help achieve the goals. But taking a step back from that and going up to the next level- why are you setting those goals? What's your life's purpose and what are your core values. Let me explain a bit more. When you do the course you will get "done" by Keith. This means you will have a direct one-on-one session with him while all the other course members listen (this could be the last chance for this kind of format in Sydney). This is an incredibly powerful learning environment! KJC has an uncanny ability to see through all the blocks you have and get to the root problem/s in your life. He does this simply by asking questions. There were 27 people on my course and the one overpowering memory I have is saying to myself when someone was getting done "How the hell can they not see the problem/s that have been holding them back AND the obvious solution/s to their problem/s!!!"

Allow me to disagree with you on this. I went to KJC not because I had something holding me back or because I had problems. I actually didn't know why I was going there and what it was going to be like.

The toolbox I brought from there is priceless and it scares me thinking what would happen to me if I didn't make that step and didn't go, it scares me thinking how much I would've fallen behind.

All I would like to say is DO NOT WAIT for another time!

If I didn't go this year I would've wasted it! Instead I am now using every minute, every second of my time to improve and develop myself in every aspect of my life.

I am definitely a better woman making my world a better place
