there are a few people who didnt get value from Keith and they got their money back, unfortunately they were just not prepared to be honest with themselves (this is my opinion) some people jsut cant take being told what they need to do, and Keith can be blunt (not as blunt as some) but sometimes we need that bluntness because that is what makes us realize we need to reevalue what we are doing.

I think there have only been a few and they were people someone else dragged along too from what i know of them so their minds were not in the right place in the first place unfortunately. I hope they find happiness in life often they are very sad mixed up people.

if you go along with the attitude you are going to get what you need you WILL GET IT. I would highly recommend Keith to people who dont really know which direction to turn Keith is very good at picking up on what you should be doing.

I am looking forward to meeting him in a couple of days he is going to be at John Burleys bootcamp in a couple of days time Bootcamp starts tomorrow. I am here on staff and we have a great bunch of KIWIs here who are going to have a real blast.

Can anyone tell me if and what is deductable with regards to going on a course such as Keith's. Are the course fee, airfare, accomodation and meals deductible.

It will be deductable if you are already in the business of realestate you would need to check with your accountant. Or see if he can swing it to make it a deduction, I wasnt able to claim the first couple of courses I did as i was learning but I beleive that was my accountant being picky, knowing what I know now I am sure there would be a way around it.
