Trees overhanging driveway
The tenant complained that some trees were over-hanging the driveway and interfering with the power line.
So me, a step ladder and my trusty handsaw head on out to see what the problem is and, sure enough, some branches are leaning on the power line between the road and the house....

Can i ask council to remove the tree trunks left behind my fence in the reserve

Hope to get some advice from all of you re the above. The tree trunks block the gate to the reserve. Is it their responsibility to clear all the trunks?

Trees and Roots ?
Reasonably well known point that if tree branches are crossing the boundary and creating a nuisance, then one is allowed to cut them off and return them to the owner. Obviously such actions should always be preceded by discussion wherever possible.
What happens with this issue below ground...
