A lot of maintenance issues raised by the tenant at the end of a tenancy. Nothing to do with the thousands in rent arrears I am sure.

Not sure I would engage the tenant for his day job as insulation installer as he couldn't manage to provide proof of the current state of insulation. Landlord...
