Refinancing in retirement

I live of equity (several lines of credit)and rents, how do banks see me with no job but plenty of equity and clipping the ticket on my rents across my portfolio if I want to refinance and buy more property?

We are refinancing a property which is under a unit title (body corp).

Do you know if the bank will require a PSDS (Pre Settlement Disclosure Statement)?

From my understanding its only if you are selling the unit.

Any idea if its refinancing?...

I currently have 2 properties at a particular bank. I am intending to move property A away to a different bank, leaving property B with the said bank.

The current LVR for Property B is about 72%. Will the bank insist that I reduce the LVR to 65%, or just a maybe?
