    I have some potential subsidence issue on my home. I’m wanting to have a geotechnical engineer do a report to diagnose and tell me what’s causing it.

    There nothing major showing just some hairline cracks in block work on each side of the house.

    Since when did Auckland Council stop showing floor plans for a house in the LIM? I just noticed this change when looking for property to buy recently. So now I have to pay extra to see the property CD at a council service centre in order to find out whether a house has no illegal alterations or additions?...

From what I understand the only things a Lim will only that might not be in the property bag are hazards and requisitions on the property. The property bag should pretty much show everything else...
