Hi all,
We have a settlement of our land (construction) coming up shortly.
We need to know if our land payment will be the difference/balance of our 10% already paid?
Or would we need to fork out the land payment on top of the 10% already paid.
Any experience/comments...

how much deposit is normal
Would like to know whether the amount of deposit offered in a house sale really matters and whether there are any implications with a low deposit? I guess the buyer wants to offer less and the vendor would like 5-10% - is there any normal amount, TIA.

Are no money down deals really possible?
Is it really possible to invest in properties without using any of my own money? I often heard people say "No Money Down Deals". Is it really possible? What are the ways to not have to put down my own money for deposit?Last edited by cube; 09-04-2017, 09:30 PM.

Structuring finance for discounted purchase
I am interested if anyone knows how I could make the banks happy buying a property below market value.
Most banks will only lend 20% of purchase price or market value without a low equity margin.
