It looks like P houses is about to add to the housing shortage massively, Property mangers are trying for legislation where they can test the house to see if its positive.This is going to surprise the population to just how rampid this problem is.

I was bought up in whangamata , In the last boom whangamata when nuts for 2 yrs and just doubled in price, Waihi a bleak neighbour approx 30km was much much cheaper, It was last to see the boom approx 18 months later, Whanga a small town with approx 5000 people being residents , has a massive population...Last edited by greenclawz; 23-06-2013, 01:40 PM. -
