Hmm. Yes and No.
That bare section of 400 square metres in Flat Bush which has accreted to $800k has done so for a cocktail of reasons – not just UMP / LSAP / money printing.

2. You have confidence that within a reasonable period net income potential from self-employment as an electrician plus net rental income from your rental properties...

Are you sure? Legally I think you’ll find that assignment of a tenancy agreement transfers the terms and conditions of the TA from the assignor to the assignee and thus would not reset the clock on when a rent review can be done....

I would be wary of property without dedicated car parking space. A couple of cars per townhouse plus visitor vehicles and plenty of on-road parking can vanish....
