NZ Investor Wants To Talk To US Investors

Hi there! I am an investor from New Zealand. I am interested in getting into the US market in the next year or two but have very limited knowledge of the best ways to st things up legally / structurally. I also would like to meet some local investors because it's always more fun when there are other people somehow involved! In terms of what I can offer you, it may be many things potentially, including reciprocating the favour in terms of the NZ market. Please send me a PM and we can get in touch! Thanks!

    Hi Adman,

This ebook Lease Options Made EZ (especially written for the USA market) might be of interest to you?

    regards,

    Roger

Hi Roger, thansk for that. I don't have any interest in lease options, I am specifically keen to understand the best way to set things up structurally now, so thaht I can establish a track record / credit record in the US, that will stand me in good stead for when I start investing directly. This book seems to be a technical manual for how to invest using lease options? Cheers!

        Hi Adman

I recall there was a thread on this sort of thing a year or so ago which was very detailed, might be worth searching for it.

        Good luck

The USA market can be complex. It is important to do your research. I am in the process of establishing a property investment company in the United States. I am sure that I can offer you some advice.
