Climate change effecting buying and renting decision

Hi

I want to draw peoples attention on the effect of global warming will have on investors buying and renting decisions.

Ski resorts, sunny tourist destinations and more locally, low laying town and cities will all be affected eventually with extreme weather conditions.

Has this problem started to influence your buying and renting decisions both locally and internationally?

Does global warming mean the people will be able to grow grain in Greenland again.

Could be some great deals coming up in Greenland.

Grain hasn't been grown in Greenland since about 1000AD when the Earth started cooling down and forced the Vikings out.

Ah well life goes around in cycles. I suspect we will have global cooling starting in around 3000AD.
