Hi, my partner has just sold his house and wants to rent long term in Chch. He is a professional and lectures at the Polytech.
He is wanting a 3-4 bdrm house in St Martins, Opawa, Sydneham, Beckenham or Somerfield.
He has two children half time.

I have a temporary vacancy in central New Brighton(fully furnished with power,phone,gas included) until the 12th February, otherwise nothing long term until the 22nd April (same place as above).
I know it's not in any of the areas you've mentioned but might suit if he wasn't keen on purchasing a whole house lot of furniture while down here.
