Rental Wanted: Henderson Area or near to Henderson, Auckland
Hi there, We have been living in a Converted Ships Cabin (i know we needed somewhere at the time)
We actually didn't know this was a ship's cabin at the time.
Our Landlord is ok.. But he won't do ANY Maintenance
Lots of Problems...
Our Neighbor Broke our Front door's Glass and no we have A non Secure front Door
No Back Door so we can't just Really Secure it in case of an emergency.
Our Oven works but no Elements to cook on top.
No light's in the Kitchen the fittings are falling out of the ceiling
The ceiling is splitting, No insulation, Black Mold all over.
Have to Flush the Toilet from the Kitchen, And Toilet is cracked (old tenant told us about that a while ago)
The stove was installed Ilagaly, No Power in Back bedroom, another bedroom the Circuit breaker sometimes Trip's with no load.
Only 2 openable Windows
Our Dr even told us we have to move because this place is not doing our health any good.
Tiles are coming up in the bathroom, Land Lord Retiled over the top of a Rusted Floor.
Power Board is also Ileagle Uncovered etc.
Wiring seems faulty because we are always blowing lights etc.
We have a Med Sized dog and a Few cats.
2 Adults and 1 15 Yo, We don't Drink/have Parties, Do Drugs etc.
Keep to ourself's
If there's anyone out there with a place to Rent Please help us out,
We can't go any higher than $390, 3 Bedroom, Fully Fenced would be Idea
PS. My wife Said a Bath Tub would be a Dream.
We are Looking Long Term
