Can you fill in a Residential Tenancy Agreement form online?

Hi - Have been a landlord since 2003 and completed many RTA forms - I know where they are online dbh.govt.nz - but would like to be able to type the info onto the form rather than printing them off, and writing it all like we used to do things last millenium.

Can anyone help me with this?

Download the .rtf version from the DBH website and open it in Word, thats what I do.

Write your own and keep a template. You can modify them at will and have your data always there.
