Ray White Manukau Property Mangement

Am looking to swing a couple of rentals over to a property manager.

They are in the Papakura area, does anybody have any experience with a good property manager in this area?

How about Ray White Manukau, they seem to have a large team working for them? Has anyone had any experience or has any recommendations.

I have one proeprty with raywhite Manukau. They do an OK job and I have never had any issues.
Proeprty always full and inspections carried out OK.

Property Manager

I deal with a lot of PMs Auckland wide good and bad and ugly !!

Ring Alana Nathan at Crockers and tell her I referred you on 9683355 and meet her and the PM she will asign you and interview them. Ask how they work , how well they know your area , what checks they do and how they handle maintenance issues and spend limits.

I can recomend Alana personally but you should ensure you take time to get to know them I know they cover Papakura.
