Hamilton - can you recommend a good property manager?

Can anyone recommend a good property manager in Hamilton? I am currently living overseas so need someone that can deal with me via email etc.

DON'T use Joce Mclean, JKM. We had HUGE problems

I recommend Flat Fee Property Management, www.flatfee.co.nz . This is run by Paul Flood, who is superdad on property talk.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I was tempted to take JKM to small claims court, but haven't bothered yet as I imagine even if I won, she probably couldn't pay up.

Joce Mclean ie JKM ows me money too.
She authorised our company to do some carpet steam cleaning, and asked us to leave the invoice on the account and she would pay by internet banking.
To this day, im still chasing her for the money, and she does not ever return our calls. Nearly 2 months now.
I would like to go to her property and confront her also, but she does not live at 9 Sudbury crt anymore.
I have 2 mobile numbers for her, but require a physical address.

Ripped off too.
