I recieved my notice of TT hearing in todays post for an application that i had made, along with my photocopied supporting documents attached as per the norm.....and someone else's Tenancy Agreement copy & rent summary for another TT application made in Tauranga! I rang the DBH to inform them of thier error and that i would destroy the documents that i had erroneously recieved ....but oh dear.

Yes it happens from time to time.
It sort of works in our favour.
Reminds everyone that humans work there also.
