Thank you for all of you who came along to hear Robyn from NZ gems talk last month. It was a great turn out and I'm sure everyone came away with some ideas from what Robyn had to say.

Our next speaker has agreed to come and share his experiences with us on April 15th.

I would like to introduce Craig Robertson from Minor Miracles. He has kindly given up his time to share his knowledge and ability in regards to relocatable homes.

As always I would like to take numbers to get things in order for the night.

Same place same time. For the Newbies that would be the Speights Ale house on Bealey Ave at 6.30 - 7.00pm.

OK time to call again for people wishing to come along to Christchurch's next PT meeting.

There is a lot of 'feeling' out there in the market now and I thought I would make comment at the dinner on how lenders see the market moving over the short - medium term.
