what agreement do you use to let out garage?
any forms to use? or proceedings to follow?

Need to write up your own one. RTA doesn't have jurisdiction so any bond can't be held by Tenancy Services, nor will any dispute be heard by the Tribunal.

I have found one on netlawman, costs about $19,
anyone used it before? I guess not much cost to take a punt anyway.
