Hamilton PM - qrm or Quinovic. Why

Just about to purchase property in hamilton but not sure which pm to use qrm.co.nz or Quinovic. Which one is best and why.

Hi Primal,

QRM is very good. Derrick and Robyn the owners, are large property investors, so understand your needs and what you are trying to achieve. They are personally very good at adding value to properties and gaining better cashflow. Through their investing they would have done most things that your are considering such as purchased out of town, subdivided, added minor dwelling, garage conversions, added rooms and other options to increase rent/return.

I don't know much about Quinovic, but understand their standard rate is quite a bit more?

I remember seeing a member on PT with link to QRM which aligns to what Ross mentioned about the owners being property investors themselves.

So I'm saying QRM is great. Being experienced investors themselves is a great plus.

Quinovic is expensive. they charge in everything

You would normally do that before you purchase in case there were any issues which would prevent you from buying it so you can address it before paying.

Title is on the land or are you thinking unit title?
