We need a good manager to look after any queries and hassles. There are sometimes slow payments of Rates and Body Corp charges, which need following up. One of the tenants also plans to build a kitchen in the factory he uses for a bulk food store.
The properties are on the Shore, and in Mangere.
Does anyone know a good competent property manager who could oversee these properties for us?
