Does anyone use Pocket Rent?

I'm talking about PocketRent.com - it's an add-on for Xero. Trying it out now. It looks really promising but the support documentation is pretty sparse!

yes also trialling it with one property. I like it mostly - apart from the lack of reporting functions and price. The calender is pretty good though.
